This online service and mobile application allow healthcare facilities to efficiently contact a pool of qualified healthcare professionals to fill PRN shift needs.

The PRNPool mobile application offers professionals the convenience of reviewing available shifts, managing their contact options, and accepting, declining, or negotiating on shifts that match their availability and preferences. Once a shift is accepted, professionals can also use the app to check-in, notifying PRNPool that they have arrived at their assignment.

Key features of PRNPool include:

• Listings of single and multiple shift needs, providing comprehensive information such as required skills, equipment, date, hours, and rate for open, pending, and confirmed shifts.
• A detailed screen displaying essential information about selected shifts, including skill requirements, equipment needed, rate, date, hours, facility size, dress code, certifications, registrations, workload, and other pertinent details.
• A final details screen that includes the facility's actual address and contact person for reporting. This screen also includes a convenient "Check-In" feature for professionals to notify PRNPool once they have reached their assignment.
• A settings menu that allows users to customize their notification preferences by toggling notifications, emails, and texts on or off based on their personal preferences.
